A friendly wellbeing app for workplace teams. Employees receive personal feedback on their own phones, while HR sees an anonymous, aggregated picture.
Pilot deck · September 2026
Part one
What does an HR team know about how employees are doing today? And what remains invisible?
82%
This share of employers already invests in wellbeing programmes or plans to do so within three years, yet participation remains one of the biggest challenges.
Willis Towers Watson, employer survey
Almost half of Europeans never exercise or play sport regularly. A further 17% do so less than once a week.
European Commission, Eurobarometer
This is how much many HR teams can see of how participants' wellbeing changes. Attendance is tracked, but more meaningful feedback is rare.
What we have learned from our conversations so far
Most people want to feel better, but everyday life gives them little to hold on to. When a programme feels too generic, too distant or asks for too much, it is easy to let it go.
Step count alone says very little. People want to know: am I doing better than yesterday? Wellenced helps interpret today's state against their own history.
"Move more." "Sleep better." It may be true, but it is rarely specific enough. Wellenced offers one next step, not another list.
Most health apps are solitary experiences. In Wellenced, departments, groups and challenges turn wellbeing into something shared.
A smartwatch, another device, pairing, another system, another password. Here, one phone and one minute are enough.
Part two
What employees do on their phones, and what can be learned after one month.
Employees receive warm, personal feedback. HR gets a clear, anonymous overview of how the programme is progressing, where momentum is building and where more support is needed.
Heart rate, heart rate variability, breathing rate, stress index and recovery, brought together in one wellness score.
No wearable is required. The camera image stays on the phone.
Measurements, sleep and mood logs, trends and always one next step, never more.
Departments, private groups, challenges and a closed company feed.
No smartwatch or new device is needed. The employee sits in front of the phone camera, and the app calculates key indicators from tiny changes in skin colour.
It works with any camera phone. No smartwatch, chest strap or company device fleet is needed.
It fits into the morning, before a shift or during a lunch break.
Processing happens on the device. The recording is not saved. The system only works with the calculated values.

The goal is not a cold list of measurements, but clear feedback: what the result means, how it has changed and how it compares with the person's usual state.
A single value summarises the result, supported by plain-language feedback: Excellent · On track · Worth attention.
The change since the previous measurement is always visible. Over time, a personal rhythm begins to emerge.
What does it measure? What can affect it? What is the typical range?

A company wellness day can be a great experience. Wellenced helps make something last beyond it: one simple daily step and a trend people can understand.
The home screen recommends one step for the day.
Measurements, sleep and mood together reveal what helps each person feel better.
There is no "You have not measured for three days." Wellbeing is not a performance review.

Wellenced builds on the community already inside the company: departments, teams and shared goals. It does not turn everything into a competition.
Departments receive their own community based on the organisation structure. Nobody needs to search for colleagues.
Steps, hydration, measurements and custom company challenges.
Content is only visible inside the organisation.

As part of the partnership, we can also provide merchandise tailored to the company's brand. Digital activity does not end with another score, but with a reward people enjoy using and wearing.
Embroidery, DTF and DTG, UV printing, screen printing, engraving and sublimation.
T-shirts · hoodies · sports and fitness wear
Mugs · sports bottles · power banks
Caps · bags · sunglasses
Part three
There is no participation without trust. That is why trust is part of the product, not a footnote.
It is a fair question, so the answer cannot be buried in a footnote. Employees understand what they can see, what HR can see and exactly where the boundary lies.
No individual measurement is ever shown to the employer.
HR sees aggregated trends. If a group is too small for the data to remain genuinely anonymous, the system withholds the result.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Employees can request a copy of all stored data and delete their account with one tap.

Part four
Not another noisy dashboard. Just a few signals that show whether the programme is alive.
After signing in, HR sees a small set of results that show whether the programme is active, where it is heading and which teams may need more attention.
What matters is not how many phones have the app, but how many people engage.
The change from the previous period is visible at a glance.
This is where different patterns become visible.

Thirty days at a manufacturing company with 227 employees. Its largest department has lower participation and a lower score. This is a starting point, not a judgement.
Score, active users, heart rate and step count.
The same picture across three timeframes, one tap away.
XLSX export with separate permissions and an audit log.
Fictional company and generated data. The interface shown is the live product in Hungarian.

The chart shows what happened. The summary helps explain what is worth noticing, based on the company's own aggregated data.
What changed, what stands out and what the next step could be.
The report is built from your company's aggregated figures.
Previous reports remain available, so months can be compared.
Aggregated data only. Groups with fewer than five people are excluded from the analysis.

Part five
The pilot is not the start of a large IT project. It is a focused trial using employees' own phones, a simple invitation and learning questions agreed together.
We set up the company and participating departments. The structure can be imported from an existing spreadsheet.
Employees receive an invitation by email and join from their own phones. No company device or MDM is needed.
Consent for processing health data is requested separately before the first measurement.
Participation is visible after two weeks. After one month, the first trend emerges.
There is no need to decide for the whole company at once. One department, one quarter and questions agreed in advance. That is enough time to move forward using your own data instead of impressions.
We walk through the employee app and HR interface live, choose a suitable department for the pilot and agree on the questions we want it to answer. Afterwards, we provide a one-page pilot plan with a clear timeline and responsibilities.
